Hazma (digestion)
Hazma (digestion) ko behtar karne ke liye kuch asaan tareeqe hain jo aapki sehat ko sudharne mein madad karte hain:
Khane ko Chaba Chaba Kar Khayen:
Khana achhe se chaba kar khane se hazma behtar hota hai. Isse khane ka sahi tarika banta hai aur khane ka pighalna bhi aasan ho jata hai.
Bhojan ka Samay:
Khane ko khaana shuru karne se pehle aur khatam karne ke baad 20-30 minute tak paani nahi peena chahiye. Khana khane ke turant baad paani peene se hazma kamjor ho jata hai.
Taza Aur Paushtik Khana:
Taza fruits, sabziyan, hari pattedar chizon ka upyog karein. Isme poshan hota hai aur hazma bhi achha hota hai.
Choti Bhojan:
Badi bhojan karne ki bajay chote chote bhojan karna behtar hai. Din mein 5-6 chote bhojan karne se hazma achha rehta hai.
Fiber Yukt Aahar:
Fiber yukt khana jaise ki daal, sabut anaj, phal aur sabziyaan hazma ko behtar karti hain.
Garam Pani Pina:
Subah khali pet garam pani pina hazma ko sudharne mein madad karta hai. Isse pet saaf rehta hai aur acidity kam hoti hai.
Masaledar, Tala Hua, Aur Junk Food Se Parhez Karein:
Yeh khane digestion ko slow kar dete hain aur hazma ko kharab karte hain. Isliye inka sevan kam karein.
Ajwain Ka Sevan:
Ajwain (carom seeds) hazma ko sudharne mein madad karti hai. Khane ke baad ek chutki ajwain chaba len ya ajwain ka pani piyen.
Yoga Aur Vyayam:
Vyayam karne se metabolism sudhar jata hai aur digestion behtar hota hai. Vyayam karein aur yoga ya pranayama bhi karein.
Stress Kam Karein:
Zyada stress hazma ko kharab karta hai. Yoga, meditation ya walk karna stress ko kam karne mein madad karte hain.
Alcohol Aur Smoking Se Parhez Karein:
Alcohol aur smoking ka sevan digestion ko prabhavit karta hai. Inka sevan kam ya band kar dena behtar hota hai.
